“I spilled over 2L of milk on the passenger side floor of my car, creating an unexpected white pond which quickly absorbed into the carpet. I had heard of Royal Mobile through a neighbor at work so gave them a call they made an opening to book an emergency appointment for the following morning at 8am at my work. The drive to work was terrible. The smell of souring milk in carpet… truly terrible.
Farzad took on the challenge like a champ. He spent a couple of hours going over the same section to suck up the last bit of the milk, and left his ozone machine in running in my car for another couple hours afterwards to help neutralize the terrible smell. When he returned to pick up his machine he even offered a follow up visit next time he was in the area to make sure all was well and I was happy.
If ever I need a vehicle cleaned again, inside or out, i will definitely be calling Royal Mobile Auto Detailing first.”
